"Uh, just felt too expensive"
I tried wificfi.com, and uh, I just couldn’t really justify the price. It felt like a lot to pay for what you actually get, and I didn’t see anything that made it stand out much from other options. Maybe it’s useful for some people, but for me, it wasn’t really worth the money...

"Support never really followed up"
I reached out to support thinking it would be a simple thing to get some help with, but then I ended up waiting for days and never really got a clear answer. I don’t mean they were just a little slow, I mean I kept checking back expecting some kind of actual response or update, and there just wasn’t anything useful. It was frustrating because even a quick “we’re looking into it” would’ve been better than feeling like my message just disappeared

"Always seems to be down"
I tried using wificfi.com a few times i quickly assumed it was just one of those sites that’s not maintained very well. It either wouldn’t load or would go down right when I actually needed it, which got frustrating fast.
I’m not expecting everything to be perfect 24/7, but this felt like a constant issue. After checking back multiple times and getting the same result, I just gave up. Not really worth the hassle for me.

"Internet has been so slow all week"
Ive been dealing with super slow internet all week and its really frustrating. Pages take forever to load, and even simple stuff feels like it just sits there spinning. The speed has been bad overall.

"Billing Was Confusing"
I wasn’t really clear on how the billing worked, and then fees literally just showed up without any warning. It was frustrating because I felt like I should’ve been told ahead of time

"Started okay, but the signal drops got annoying fast"
At first the router seemed to work fine, so I figured it would be decent enough. But after just a few days, the signal started dropping on me, and that’s what I remember most now. The parts also felt kind of cheap when I was setting it up. It’s not the worst thing I’ve used, but based on the recent issues, it definitely didn’t feel like what I was expecting.

"Works fine until it randomly doesn't"
Setup wasn’t too bad, but the connection drops at the worst times. Some days it runs perfectly, then out of nowhere it starts lagging or cuts out completely. Support does respond, which I appreciate, but the issue keeps coming back. it almost feels like it’s fine just long enough to keep you from canceling, then the same problems show up again.

I tried going through all the troubleshooting steps they recommended, but it still keeps disconnecting. At this point, I’m kind of out of ideas and just accepting that this is how it’s going to be for now.

"Pretty decent, but the signal can get weird"
wificfi is mostly fine around the house and works well in the rooms I use the most. Speeds are okay when it’s connected, but once I get near the back of the house, the signal starts dropping off. it’s not terrible. Actually, no, it’s kind of annoying when I’m just trying to do something simple and the connection gets shaky. Overall it does the job, but I expected the coverage to be a little better for everyday use.
